Solomon Armstrong

Minister Solomon A. Armstrong remembers, “One Saturday when I was at the barber shop on Lake street, Reverend McCall and his brother Felton were cutting hair. I don’t remember who was in the other chair, but they were talking about a preacher they had known who had died a while ago. Then, after some time, they called his name. I said, ‘Hey, that’s my grandfather you’re talking about.’ ‘Oh, you’re Reverend S.A. Cooper’s grandson? Well, you’re gonna be a great preacher, just like him.’” This was no isolated incident. It would be repeated often times later at the mention of Dr. Solomon Anthony Cooper’s name, and the discovery of his relation to Solomon, or Tony as he is sometimes called. But Solomon didn’t realize the power of their prophesy and that someday, in the fullness of time, this would come true.

On February 27, 2007, Solomon was called to the Ministry and preached his first message on May 27, 2007, entitled, “Make a Stand,” from Daniel Chapter 3:12-18. He received his license and was ordained on October 4, 2009 by Bishop C. H. Murray, Pastor of the Mount Zion M. B. Church, where he serves as Associate Minister.

On May 3, 2013, Solomon married a Spirit-Filled woman of God named Lady Shucula of Dallas, TX. He so often refers to her as his Genesis 2:18 “help meet,” and his Proverbs 18:22 “good thing,” his “Kingdom Partner,” and his “Personal Prophetess.”  Over the next three years, his marriage to Shucula would take a “quantum leap” to fulfill their true calling. Solomon was led to baptized “again” in Jesus’ name, and on September 30, 2014, he received the Holy Ghost with evidence of tongues.

From 2007 until October of 2015, Minister Solomon Armstrong served as Associate Minister at Holly Grove M. B. Church in Eudora, AR under the leadership of Reverend Macklin Bunn, and Holly Ridge M. B. Church, under the leadership of his spiritual father, Bishop C. H. Murray.

On November 11, 2013, Solomon and his wife, Prophetess Shucula G. Armstrong, received the assignment of True Kingdom Ministries from Yeshua the Messiah, to preach and to teach God’s Word as it is, based on kingdom relationship and not religious denominationalism.

In obedience to the call to continue our walk in Elohim’s Purpose for this True Kingdom Ministry, Solomon and Shucula recently received their Apostolic calling, and were ordained on August 23, 2017 by Apostle Bridget Jackson of Remnant International Messianic Ministries – a Five-Fold Ministry.
